THE PROCESS

Worried about pulling all the details together? Design, set up, delivery, is there enough power, when is sunset, how will I get to the ceremony, who will bustle my dress, how many pours do I get out of a bottle of wine, who do I call for the permits, etc. etc. There are a million details that need to be handled and we want to help.
We start by getting to know you. Our services are designed to accommodate your needs, and we know not everyone has a budget for the full service wedding planner, but we love what we do, and want to help make your big day run stress free.

DAY OF
COORDINATION
This package is for the DIY Couple! Our Day of Coordination Package is designed for couples, who are planning the entire wedding themselves but would like some help managing the logistics on the big day. We jump in 6 weeks before your wedding day to get you through the final stages of planning and implementing your wedding or event without sweating the details and logistics! Our highly skilled coordinators will jump in and organize all the details for you. The term “Day Of Coordinator" doesn’t come close to what we you need in terms of expertise but we will be there to handle your vendors, keep everything on time, and make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

SPLASH OF DESIGN
This is for the stylish couple who needs a little help with the overall look and design of your wedding day.
Let us be your designers! We make it our job to ensure everything is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing for the camera and for your guests. We think a truly beautiful wedding is an event where all the design components are thoughtfully crafted, stunningly styled and have woven the story of you two of you into the details.

COORDINATION
Are you feeling overwhelmed with the effort of incorporating the planning and design of a large event into your busy life? We will jump in and streamline your vision and work with you to make sure all the pieces fit together.
The design process begins long before coordination so when we jump in the month before your wedding, everything will be flawless.

Wedding Planning
This package is for the busy couple who desires to do some of the work, but needs help putting it all together. We'll be there for vendor referrals and detailed assistance with all elements related to design and decor along with day of coordination.
You will feel supported with the organizational tools to do-it-yourself but we will jump in throughout the process to make sure all goes as planned.
Detailed meetings will cover everything you need to plan ahead of time so you can avoid the headache and stress of wedding planning and provide a memorable gathering with your family and friends.
