Maven is a full service event production and design house in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Taking on a limited number of exclusive events per year allows Maven to provide a boutique event planning experience customized to each of our unique customers.

MEET THE MAVENS
KELLY BOLLIS
Owner & Creative Director
Kelly is the Owner and Creative Director at Maven. She ignited her passion for event planning while working for an international nonprofit – bringing her all around the world to plan events. Her background is in nonprofit fundraising and development, so she understands how to stretch a dollar to make a big impact. She enjoys the event planning process and helping people express themselves through all the details!

Anyone who knows her can tell you that she loves, love. Born on Valentine’s Day, she thought everyone appreciated when people fell in love and how they celebrated big moments as much as she did, but quickly realized she was a hopeless romantic and started planning weddings for those around her.
Her personal event planning philosophy is rooted in the guest experience and enjoys seeing the power an event can have on a person by striking that elusive balance between celebration and adrenaline rush. She gets the most joy seeing an entire crowd share an authentic moment that cannot be forgotten. When Kelly is not on the job, she’s eating her way through Minneapolis, traveling with her extremely handsome husband, taking care of her kids Monroe and Gigi, or spending time with family.

CLAIRE COONEY
Operations Manager
Claire is a Jane of all trades, and our unsung hero, helping keep us all organized at MAVEN. As a studio manager, office assistant, assistant production manager, decor manager, operations manager and the list goes on. The most genuine, kindhearted spirit, Claire's passion in life is her love for animals and helping people realize their true potential.
ISELIN DONALDSON
Director of Business Development
Iselin is a marketing strategist and all around good human. She effortlessly promotes positive community and growth in those around her, but she is also a killer cook, and a snappy dresser. Coming from a background in publishing, she approaches events in the scope of branding and innovation.


MADELINE TSCHIDA
Special Projects Coordinator & Design Lead
Madeline has a true passion for events—whether she’s thoughtfully styling a stunning tablescape or seamlessly coordinating a wedding from start to finish. Her eye for detail and ability to bring a vision to life make her an invaluable part of the MAVEN team. What do we love most about Madeline? She has a natural ability to put everyone at ease with her warmth and professionalism. Her calm, can-do attitude makes even the most complex events feel effortless. As MAVEN’s Special Projects Coordinator, she plays a key role in bringing all types of events to life, supporting both behind the scenes and on-site to ensure every detail is just right.

DEMETRE BRUMBY

Neu Neu Venue Manager
You’ll always find Demetre with the biggest smile on his face at any event. His passion for creating seamless and memorable experiences shines through and he does it all with grace and determination. When he’s not bringing events to life with MAVEN, Demetre works tirelessly behind the scenes as a Venue Manager at The Neu Neu, making sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends and creating impactful experiences for friends and family!

With a natural instinct for details, an eye for design, and an innate ability to bring people together, Simone has turned her passion for planning into a career. From intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations, she knows how to make every event feel effortless and unforgettable.
JORDAN ELTON FOSTER
Senior Lead Coordinator
Jordan has a quiet, calming presence, but don’t be fooled, she knows how to get things done. Thoughtful, organized, and deeply invested in every event she touches, she’s dedicated to making your special day one of the best days of your life. Her ability to stay cool under pressure while keeping all the moving pieces in sync makes her an invaluable part of the MAVEN team.
ANNA MIKHSYLISHIN
Senior Lead Coordinator
Whether she’s problem-solving behind the scenes or fine-tuning the perfect finishing touches, Anna brings warmth, creativity, a background in service, and a can-do attitude to the MAVEN team. When she’s not planning events, you can find her traveling the world!
Coming from a corporate background in event planning, she knows that the guest experience is the most important part of an event. She loves seeing all of the details come together for each of her client’s unique weddings.

When she is not swinging for pars on a sunny day or hosting parties of her own, Abby’s focus is on making her client’s dreams into a reality. Her passion for weddings and seeing people in love has created a go-getter spirit, and she is always committed to making those around her feel taken care of.

Focused and ambitious, Taylor thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. Whether she’s coordinating vendor logistics, refining event timelines, or crafting memorable guest experiences, she approaches each project with expertise and professionalism.

As a client-turned-employee, Maggie believes wholeheartedly in the MAVEN experience. She has always had a passion for events and is excited to share that with her Wedding clients. Matt is a multi-talented designer and fabricator and never stops moving. He is the hardest working Maven on the team, often found early in the morning during set ups, and late at night during tear downs. Regardless of how many projects he has going on at once, he always delivers an exceptional product for our clients.
